专利摘要:
Warming footwear, which has a heat exchanging system 1 built in an inshoe 2 from a shin portion d over an instep portion c and a toe portion b to a calf portion a. The system 1 is composed of a ribbed plate 11, of an elastic foil 12 and of two nonreturn valves 13, 14, which valves are inserted in two conduits, which are limited by the plate 11, by its ribs and by the foil 12, which is fastened to said ribs and functions as bellows when the foot moves and across which a liquid in the conduits receives and renders heat. Alternatively, in the instep portion c a sunlight collector 4 is performed.

(57) Use: in the shoe industry in the manufacture of heated shoes. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: A shoe consists of a top 3 and a gasket 2. The latter includes a closed heat exchange system 1 filled with heat transfer fluid. The system is equipped with elastic channels embedded in the gastrocnemius of the shoe and having two valves in series connected of a non-return type.
The system is made in the form of a ribbed plate 11 passing along the tibia d through a lift c and toe b to the caviar a. One side of the ribbed plate 11 is surrounded by a shoulder and provided with a dividing protrusion located at a distance from the shoulder. A part of the inner surface of the gasket is formed by an elastic foil 1, 2, completely covering the ribbed plate 11 and attached to the shoulder and the separating protrusion along the entire length. The ribbed plate 11 in the areas of the gastrocnemius, nose b, elevation c and tibia d may be provided with guide lugs parallel to the shoulder and dividing protrusion. The shoulder and all the projections can be elastic-elastic. In the gasket 2 and the top 3 in the section with a rise above the ribbed plate 11 a hole can be formed in which a transparent glass is placed, which performs the function of a solar collector. 3 h. n. fla, 7 silt,

WITH
The invention relates to shoes with a heat exchange system embedded in it.
In published EPO patents (EP) 163.045 and 163133, an insole is described which contains a flexible metal layer that conducts heat from warmer parts of the step to cooler ones. The heat flux transmitted in this way is very often insufficient, as the pump is poorly supplied with blood.
A device for warming shoes is known in which, in order to protect a person from cooling or warming up, a closed heat exchange system consisting of elastic channels is used,
equipped with valves for ensuring the movement of fluid in one direction (ed. St. USSR №-818592), selected as a prototype. A disadvantage of the known device is that the elastic channels do not touch the warm part of the lower leg and they are separated from the inner surface of the shoe by a thick layer of material.
The problem solved by the present invention is the creation of shoes, in which warming of cold areas of the foot must be achieved by supplying heat from warmer areas of the foot using heat transfer fluid, or this fluid is additionally heated with sunlight, however.

ABOUT

WITH
the energy for the circulation of the fluid must be fully provided by the movement of the legs, for example, when walking, walking on skis.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a simpler construction of a warming shoe, inside of which a heat exchange system is embedded from the calf section through the sole to the calf region. The heat exchange system is made on a ribbed plate, which is surrounded on one side by a collar and on the same side has a dividing protrusion, with which the side of the plate is divided into two parts and which does not touch the collar. An elastic foil is fastened on the collar and the separating projection, completely covering said side of the plate. In each of the two interconnected channels formed by a plate, elastic with the aforementioned flange and protrusion and filled with heat transfer fluid, a check valve is built in, with both valves oriented in the same direction of the channel loop. The elastic foil represents part of the inner surface of the inside of the shoe.
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the clear glass is attached along its edges to the edges of the opening made on the rise of the boot.
For other signs of warming shoes, see paras. 2 and 3 of the claims.
The advantage of the warming shoe of the present invention is primarily that heat from warm leg areas, i.e., caviar and shin, is transmitted to leg areas, such as a foot that is poorly supplied with blood, without any circulatory device. heat transfer fluid.
Another advantage is that the heat transfer fluid is further heated by the sun's rays.
The following is a more detailed description of the present invention, which is accompanied by reference to the accompanying drawing, where FIG. Figure 1 shows a vertical section of a warming shoe in accordance with the present invention; in fig. 2 is a top view of the shoe shown in FIG. 1 in cross section along the roe-shin; in fig. 3 is a top view of an elongated heat exchange system, shown in cross section, taken along a plane parallel to the ribbed plate; in fig. 4 is a cross-section of a ribbed plate provided with an elastic foil; in fig. five
- a vertical section of another design of the warming shoe in accordance with the present invention; in fig. 6 is a top view of the shoe shown in FIG. 5, in
cross section along the line of caviar shin; in fig. 7 is a cross section of the shoe in FIG. 5, performed on the rise.
The heat exchange system 1, consisting of a ribbed plate 11, an elastic foil 12 and two check valves 13, 14, is integrated into the inner part 2 of the shoe, which is closed by the front (3) (see Fig. 1, 2). The ribbed plate 11 passes in the inner part 2 from the shin d through the lift C
and sock B to spark a. The ribbed plate 11 along the edge of one side is surrounded by a collar 111. On the same side of the plate II and approximately along the longer axis, a dividing protrusion 112 is made,
which divides the said side of the plate along its entire length from the tibia d to the calf a into two parts (see Figs. 3, 4). The ends of the separating protrusion 112 come close to the shoulder III, but do not touch it. The entire side of the plate 11 is covered with an elastic foil 12, which is attached to the protrusions 111 and 112 along their entire length. Conductive channels 113 and 114 are located on both sides of the separating lip 112.
respectively, formed by a plate, foil 12 and protrusions 111 and 112. Channels 113 and 114 are filled with heat transfer fluid. Check valves 13 and 14 are built into the channels 113 and 114 respectively
so that they are oriented in the same direction as the closed loop consisting of channels 113 and 114.
Channels 113 and 114 are made wider at site a and, moreover, at site b, c and d, and at these sites channels 113 and 114 are divided by longitudinal ribs 115 into channels 113, 113 ... and 114, 114 ..., respectively.
Elastic foil 12 is part of
the inner surface 21 of the inner part 2 boot.
In accordance with another embodiment of the heating shoe of the rib 111,
112, 115 are elastically resilient, and the foil 12 is attached to the guide ribs 115.
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the solar collector 4 (FIGS. 5, 6, 7) is made in the shoe by making the hole 41 in the inner part 2 and the front 3 over the ribbed plate 11 and by attaching the transparent glass hole 41 to the edges. 42
Consider now the operation of the warming shoe of the present invention. On site a, on the one hand, and on sites b, c, d on the other hand, the elastic foil 12 or the already mentioned foil 12 and the elastic resilient ribs 111, 112, 115 in the second embodiment of the invention resemble furs that swell and flatten under the action of pressure moving legs. By means of check valves 13 and 14, fluid is circulated in a closed loop of channels 113 and 114 in a constant direction. During this circulation, the fluid receives heat through the foil 12 from the warm areas a, d of the calf and lower leg, respectively, as well as through the plate 11, which is irradiated by sunlight in the collector 4, and supplies heat to the cold parts of the foot, which is poorly supplied with blood, in particular, due to the tightly buttoned boot. Using measurements, it was found that the feet in the warming boot according to the present invention are several degrees warmer than the feet in shoes that do not have the warming system 1.
